Egg Dosa

Egg Dosa, a complete breakfast, which is simple and tasty.

  • Batter (Dosa mix) – 4 cups. 
  • Eggs – 4 
  • Chilli powder – 1/2 tsp 
  • Pepper powder 1/4tsp 
  • Turmeric powder a pinch 
  • Salt – 1/2 Tea spoon 
  • Oil for pan fry 
  • Chopped Coriander leaves – 1 tea spoon 
  • Chopped onion – 1 
  • Chopped green chillies - 2 


Take a vessel, break the eggs and slide. Add onions, green chillies, salt and chili powder, pepper powder and turmeric powder then beat the egg thoroughly.

Take Dosa pan, spread the batter in thin layer.  Spread the egg mix on the dosa to form a thin layer.  Put oil on the dosa.

Fry it both sides and serve it hot !!
