Banana Cheese Cake

Hi Dears...today is my 501 post without a break.  Started on 18th Dec, 2014 and thank you all for your encouragement and support during this journey to make this happen.  Now I will be taking a break from daily posting and will be doing it occasionally.  Enjoy cooking.....                       


If you like cheese cakes and banana, you must try this cake. Its easy and delicious cheese cake. If you have butterscotch sauce can serve this cake with butter scotch sauce. Here is baked banana cheese cake recipe for you all to try.




Ingredients
  • Soft cottage cream cheese 250 gm
  • Egg 1
  • All purpose flour 2 tbsp
  • Bananas 5 nos, ripe once
  • Sugar 5 tbsp
  • Vanila Essence 1 tsp
  • Caramel Sauce and Chocolate Sauce

Method

Bananas grind in a blender to make a puree and keep it aside. In a medium size bowl put egg and sugar beat well with a hand mixer. Now add cream cheese and flour mix well with hand mixer. Add pureed banana and vanilla essence and mix well. 

Pre heat oven 200 degree C for 5 minutes. Take a baking dish and grease with little butter and flour. Pour that banana cream cheese mix into the baking dish and bake at 180 degree C for about 30 to 40 minutes until golden brown. Once it cools down completely top with sliced banana pieces, drizzle chocolate sauce and  caramel sauce and serve.


NB: If you want more thickness to your cheese cake add 200 gm more cheese and 1 more tbsp of flour in this recipe other ingredients you can take as same quantity. I have used chiquita banana, if you are using normal small banana then take 6 nos. Oven temperature and baking time may vary depends the oven you use. Enjoy cooking..
