  • Potato 2 medium sizes
  • Egg 1
  • White / Green onion 1 bunch, chopped
  • Sweetened Condensed milk 1/4 cup
  • Mayonnaise 1 1/2 tbsp
  • Parsley 1 tbsp, finely chopped
  • Salt a pinch

Place egg in a small sauce pan and cover with water and a pinch of salt. Bring to boil and cook for 8 minutes. Remove egg and keep it aside to cool.

In a medium size sauce pan add potatoes and water bring to boil and cook for 15 minutes or until a knife is easily inserted, but they are not too soft. Drain and cool.

Take a large serving bowl, peel and chop the eggs. Stir in green or white onions. When the potatoes have cool down a bit, peel and chop then add them to the bowl.

Pour in the sweetened condensed milk and stir in the mayonnaise. sprinkle parsley over top . Chill until serving. This is best served chilled.

NB: You can serve as per above ingredients for 3 people. If you want can add chopped baked garlic cloves in this recipe. Enjoy cooking
