- Grapefruit Juice 2 1/2 cup, fresh or packet one
- Lemon Juice 2 tbsp
- Ginger Ale 2 1/2 cup
- Sugar 2 tbsp or to taste
- Mint Leaves few sprigs
- Ice Cubes
Method
NB: The above measurement is for 4 glass serving. If you don't get ginger ale please use ginger flavoured syrup or make ginger syrup at home(1 cup chopped ginger, 2 cup water , 1 cup honey, gently simmer ginger and water in a sauce pan for 30 min, pour this through a strainer to discard ginger pieces, then add honey and mix well, you can store this syrup in the refrigerator once its cool down, then use while making ginger base drinks. ). If using syrup please add 1 cup only. Then rest you can add plain water. sometimes grape juice is too bitter add honey or sugar accordingly. Enjoy cooking..
