Carrot pineapple with raisins, this sweet, healthy and delicious salad will be a kids favourite. Here is recipe for you all to try.
Ingredients
Grate carrots and keep aside. Pineapple few pieces grate and keep aside, rest of pieces slice thinly and keep aside. Take a medium size bowl, put grated carrots, grated pineapple, sliced pineapple and raisins. Now add honey and a pinch of salt mix well. Keep it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes. Then mix well and serve.
