Blue Curacao is essentially an orange liqueur dyed blue. The colouring shouldn't influence the flavour. Even though you are drinking blue, you are tasting orange. We are getting Blue Curacao syrup in the supermarkets now days, its sugar based orange flavoured syrup. Here is simple recipe using Blue Curacao syrup.
- Blue Curacao Syrup 1/4 glass
- Lemon soda / Plain Soda 3/4 glass
- Ice Cubes
Method
Take a glass mix both curucao and soda, stir well add ice cubes and serve immediately.
NB: You can mix this blue curaçao syrup with milk but not with hot milk. Enjoy cooking..
