Beetroot sauce, colourful, healthy and easy to make. Here is recipe for you all to try.
- Beetroot 2 medium size
- Potato 1 medium size
- Red Chilli Powder 1/2 tsp
- Vinegar 2 to 3 tbsp
- Sugar 1 tsp
- Salt
Method
Pressure cook beetroot and potato, drain water and keep. Once its cool down remove the peel and blend together with red chilli powder, salt, sugar and vinegar. Check salt and chilli powder if you want can add accordingly. Serve with fried rice, biriyani or cutlets.
NB: This sauce you can keep for a week in the refrigerator. If you want can add one tomato and 2 garlic cloves for different taste. Enjoy cooking.
