Curd Rice Noodles

Curd Rice, its more eaten by the South Indians as part of meal. Rice and Curd are the 2 main ingredients to make this dish. Its called thayir sadam in Tamil. Curd rice can be made in deferent ways. Here I made Curd Rice Noodles.  Same way how we make curd rice instead of rice I used flat rice noodles. Got idea from malayalam television shaw De Chef, last week episode one participant tried curd rice nudles, don't remember what all ingredients added exactly, just got an idea and made in my way.
