Fresh tomato salad, a light salad with good taste. Here is recipe for you all to try.

In a medium size bowl, combine the tomatoes, onion, green chilli, cucumber, olives and mint leaves. Toss and add salt and lemon juice. Mix well and keep in the refrigerator for 30 minutes and serve.
NB: if you have fresh cucumber use that instead of pickled cucumber. Enjoy cooking.

- Cherry Tomatoes 1/2 cup, yellow one, chopped
- Onion 1 small size, chopped
- Green chilli 1 or 2, chopped
- Pickled cucumber few
- Olives few
